We are a newly renovated Wellness Center opening early October on Bethel Rd in Port Orchard WA, seeking 1 or more LMTs to join our team!
Role: Employee
Availability & Hours: Part-time or full time, open availability 7 days a week between the hours of 9AM & 7PM.
Compensation: Commission-based and depends on experience, starting at 40% ($50 an hour before tips) with quarterly opportunities for percentage increases. You will be compensated in full for all no-shows and late cancellations.
Most of our existing clients are medical patients, veterans, and people recovering from emotional and physical trauma who are seeking a holistic approach. Opportunities for continuing education and professional growth, as we are hoping to open another location, and need a rockstar team!
We have 3 treatment rooms (2 of which are outfitted with extra wide & long luxury salon top Oakworks PREMA e-nvi hydraulic tables with built in heating system, towel cabbies, and breast comfort system, as well as two sauna rooms. The space is ADA accessible with a brand new ADA ramp and includes both a 2 person and 4 person, wheelchair accessible, full-spectrum infrared sauna unit, which has the capability of delivering dry salt therapy in combination with full spectrum infrared, red light therapy, and aromatherapy.
You would be working alongside myself, an early 30's neurodivergent woman in practice for over 12 years. I love to work with veterans, ADHD & autistic folks and children, people in recovery, and those healing from trauma. We are planning on incorporating other complementary therapies into our menu of services such as Integrative Trauma Therapy, Applied Somatics, Biodynamic Breathwork, Body Trauma Liberation, Somatic Intuitive Healing, and 1 on 1 restorative yoga & yoga therapy sessions in our 4 person sauna.

Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, medical massage, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, cupping, trigger point therapy, and neuromuscular therapy.
Customize each session to meet the unique needs of clients. Most of our clients are in need of treatment focused work.
Maintain a clean, organized, and calming treatment room.
Build strong client relationships and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
Adhere to all professional standards, state regulations, and licensing requirements.
Support a holistic and integrative approach to client wellness, including our dry salt therapy, infrared therapy & red light services.
Requirements:
Valid massage therapy license in the State of Washington.
Professional liability insurance.
Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with additional modalities (such as hot stone massage or cupping) is a plus.
Proficiency with creating detailed SOAP notes and treatment plans.
Credentialed with insurance companies or willingness to become credentialed is a plus!
Ability to perform longer sessions, 3-4 hours, is also a plus, but definitely not at all required! Some of our clients absolutely love them.
